Hard to tell from your post, but that all doesn't seem so bad. The modem? There's two ways to handle that. One, after being told to use a return for an install, if you have paperwork showing where it went, you should be fine, otherwise, GO GET IT. In the future, when told to do that, say "ok" then call back in ten minutes telling them it won't light up.

As for the badge, cords, and remotes, if you don't return them, they have every right to charge you.
If they're charging you for them in order to receive them, you can just not use them. Let the customer know you're weren't provided with any "this morning". After the calls start rolling in, they'll do something about it. A similar case was with the cable co. not sending power cords or remotes with their equipment. Notate your work order to CYA, and go on with your life. The operator wouldn't like to catch wind of a contractor forcing techs to provide their own accessories for free-of-charge, operator-provided items. And if you have to pay for it, you are providing it yourself.
