Sky, I used to work in the system surrounding it with a Jap named Kiyota in the early nineties. The locals are pretty friendly although a few are a little flakey, if you treat em right you may do ok with the system. There was alot of growth potential then as people were always moving out from Denver. If  you get close to a deal I will tell you to set up a good sniffer and ride out the plant, they get alot of 100 mile an hour wind storms up there and it used to beat the hell out our system.
