You maybe right about being a lousy managment.  At least I wont go home knowing I caused somebody to get hurt or worse.  Like I said, If I am not willing or capable because of conditions being experience.  Why would I make somebody else do the samething I turned down?  The most I ever asked for is for somebody to remain on the ground just in case.  I will not put anybody in harms way.
