I remember only too well that they had strict QC's policy, a point system from 93% to 80% was a 50.00 backcharge, below 80% was a 75.00 backcharge, no ground was automatic total job loss, and DAMN, lord help you if you put in a line call that wasen't needed (according to there line tech) a 150.00 backcharge, needless to say I didn't stay very long, lol,,, F-um
