Re: Health Care Compromise Is Unconstitutional!


80% of premiums to go directly to healthcare costs.

No denial of healthcare coverage based on pre-existing conditions.

No cancellation of coverage to avoid paying out on valid claims.

No lifetime maximum on benefits.

The list goes on and on.




The part that I do not like is the fact that if you elect not to be covered by insurance, you will have to pay a penalty.

It is a far cry from "forced health care" or "socialized health care" as some "fear mongers" would lead you to believe.


We will have to wait and see for the final "reconciled bill" to see what is left in, and what is taken out.

Until then, everything is speculation at best.
