Re: Dog fence locates

There are few to no historical cases in the law books.  But by definition most states say the owner of a facility has "X" number of hours excluding holidays etc to locate their facility.  If we have trouble i usually try and ask the homeowner to identify or understand we are not liable.  Of course, if the MSO etc. says make it go away we do that as well.  So far I would say we pay 50%, but that beats 100%.
