Get on the internet and and look for collection agencies and shop around, call them find out their rates, the more documentation you have the better the rate they will offer, it is going to take some work on your part to get the best rate, have signed work orders, copies of your billing, address & photos if possible.
You don't have to have a judgment from a court, most collection agencies like it that way because the customer can't run back to the judge and claim hardship or fabricate back charges and if a lawyer gets involved it is at the expense of the agency not yours, so that is why it is very important to have a solid set of paperwork when you contact them & by all means only give them the original paperwork after you received the money
make photo copies of all documents and black out the customers info so they can't say no thanks and use your paperwork & info to pursue the customer themselves.
then after you have a signed agreement with them you give them the original documents
collections agencies and lawyers are of the same breed, they can't be trusted
