OK I have been in the cable biz for 25 years now. I've spent more than 1 holiday on the road away from family. I have noticed that different areas of the country and for that fact the world have their LUCKY FOOD that they eat New Years to assure them a prosperous year. Being from South Central PA it is pork sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. My second wife was from Northeast TX and for her it was pinto beans, ham hocks and cornbread. In Japan it was mochi and miso soup.
So what is your lucky New Years food?
