It's a board that you tie to the pole the same way you'd tie up a 90 degree corner block, and it's like 6-8' long, looks like a diving board. Splicers can use it to get to the input side of an amp that's far off the pole. Pussy lineman can use it to get to a bugnut that's far off the pole.
