That is true.....of my last two, one was a bounced payroll check & the cops charged theft of services> I got paid because he didn't want to go to jail. The one before that I sued in small claims court, got a judgment. Now I am using a lawyer to collect the money. The DirectSatUSA subcontractor has vanished; no money yet.
The fee for filing each case is thirty dollars. Lawyers want 1/3 and won't look at small numbers. If you sue every homeowner who owes you 75 /15/15 the cheapest way you are already down almost half and you have to shoot a day in court.
Every ad I have found recently leads back to one of two HSPs. Why do it again?
