solution read the state statu before you post, contact the state ele lic board and ask... They the entire state requires it and many counties have a requirement aswell. Any person installing low voltage wiring other than a home owner in a structure is required to be licensed, only employees of a licensed company are cover under it, not sub's independant's, this next year your going to see a big crack down, new leg has passed and Florida like GA is going to enforcing it.
