Yea, well my lawyer was all gungho until we got their response back from the first demand letter. Then he tells me it comes down to credibility, which i think is a crock of crap. I have every stitch of evidence that they owe me my money, but he wants to try and go further and prove I was an employee. I just want my dang money.
