it depends upon the freq.

rg 6 at 55mzh loses about 1.5 per hundred
rg 6 at 625mhz loses about 5 per hundred
the higher the freq the higher the loss.

rg 11 at 55mhz loses about 1 per hundred
rg11 at 625mhz loses about 3.4 per hundred

i've never actually read anything that in cable books that gives the loss at 2ghz
