Sorry Rob, that is not Old School, that is just plain ass rookie to do that, when I worked the line I kept drop connectors, crimper's, weavers, zip ties,drop boots,shields & shield tool in my diddy bag, sometime I kept a mid value tap faceplate in my bag just in event I broke a tap port when swapping the lasher, because the tech that runs a outage will sure point a finger at your crew.....That is Old School , leave NO one out of service.. period
