I would just suggest not airing your dirty laundry on the bar. He could call it slander if you use his name. After you get your check you can go w/ both barrels. Also if he still refuses to pay you have to wait 90 days before you start selling the equipment on ebay. You have to make three attempts to contact the owner of the equipment I/E Dish or direct. Keep all emails and copies of letters. Good luck and let me know if I can help. I have lots of experience in the matter unfourtunitly.
