And you are trying to say that helping good people is ok when there are as many or more bad in the group. They are already bad for breaking the law to get in here. Try that in any other country and see what happens. There is a reason for that.
Disease, bugs that aren't indigenous to this country are just some of the things that are brought here. You have seen what bugs can do that are not from here and we get enough with the legal shipments.
I don't support illegal activity just as the rest of the world doesn't. It isn't about the poor people. We don't have the ability to take care of the rest of the world or even another country. We can't take care of ourselves.
You think letting in 5 bad people to save one is worth it. It isn't. Anyone murdered here by an illegal negates any reason to allow it. You make one person's life more comfortable is all and we get to have people killed and drug rings increased by people who don't want to be here legally. By people who want to send anything they make to their country reducing the money circulating here. By people who don't want to meld into our culture and learn our language and who hate us for the most part. By people even when they are here legally will put up stores with ONLY their language and get mad when we don't have spanish along with english. Then scream discrimination all the while discriminating themselves. A good heart isn't enough. There has to be logic along with it.
Yes I would like to help but simple logic says we can't afford it. Are you willing to give up all your things and only live on what is necessary to stay alive so someone else can live the same as you? Your boat(s) and lifestyle? Just enough to buy food and the roof over your head? So someone from another country can have what you worked for? If so then why aren't you doing it now? How many illegals live in your house right now?
