It was Glen Burnie, MD. And it didn't happen exactly as I stated. I turned down the job...that time the cable company DID send
a bucket truck. I got a little sermon about "what do they need us (cable subcontractors) for if you refer their installations back to the in house staff?"
It was well known that that section of that street had high taps & spans. I read the story about the death in the local paper, same street, + new guy, as you guessed. Happened about a month after I had moved on to Primestar.
