Here Here, only problem is that there are very few rewards anymore, except one, the most important one.... That is the fact that you can do a job that alot of people cant. Where else can you travel the world and build something that people are excited to have and look at it at the end of the project and be proud of your work. That my friends is a reward in its self.......
