Yes and we found another one that is nationwide to take on the fact that we employees or are we 1099 contractors. The legal world has heard our complaints finally...............I will call you soon and talk to you about it. These folks we work for think not paying a tech for work done and charging him back and stealing his parts and services is legal. They also think they can force you to work in bad weather and risk your life; if not then take away your work. We are getting attention nationwide from the legal world. All our effort is starting to pay off. Now if these techs just quit falling for the threats they can finally get justice. Just remember they may control your money for now, but they are also just people like you and I that found ways to intimidate us into doing things we dont want to by taking away the money. The charge backs and threats are how they are getting the work done. Going out of business and not paying or just not paying you keeps you broke along with all there special little charge backs;then you can't afford legal representation.
Just like Prime Home not paying Jim his money that we all know they owe him. They been telling him for weeks the checks in the mail and havent paid him yet. So he moves onto another company so he can keep eating and then they figure he is just going to drop it eventually. Not going to happen! We have all been screwed by these companies that think that they can use our services and materals and make up some lie so they can pocket our profit. It is so widespread in this business that we have got it national attention now.
They are even trying to force all techs in house so they donj't get screwed by the legal forces that are comming after them. And buddy they are comming!
