I worked my share of Christmas's over the years along with every other holiday. It's all part of the job, like rolling out at 03:00 in the sleet and freezing rain to fix an outage because someone decided to take a pole out with their car. I still get called out at all hours and all day's, only deference is now I take pictures and document everything and call out the contractor to fix it, double check his work, get the billing information, type up the report and email it to about 20 deferent people. At times I would rather be back fixing the plant......well until I see my paycheck that is.
