Holy Molding ---- It does exist

In an aeria of Cleveland there is Holy Molding     this is molding with a rubber stopper at the top touching the lowest cable.    It could be Phone, coax or fiber.     This is the second time I've come across this     can't realy remember where the other location was, but out of respect for one of the major religions of the world I'm placeing this post.  (no it's not Islam)  If you come across this please try not to dammage.
