the sherrifs dept isnt the answer.. i reported mine being used about 2 months ago.. when directv dispatch center out of oklahoma started calling me asking when i was going to arrive at my jobs.. they said they cant do anything cause it cant really be proved.. and it was more than likely a clerical error.. i would suggest taking whatever i have to a lawyer and the sbca. the owner of the company that was using my name and numbers contacted me on the bar after i had asked about it and eventually we spoke on the phone.. im assuming its taken care of but not really concerned.. i wont ever work for hsp again.. i have worked for retailers for the past 5 years and have NEVER had a chargeback, or not been paid for a job.. i tally up my pay every day on a calendar and if its not correct.. i go back to the photocopies of all my completed work orders that period and find what i wasnt paid for.. i take it to them and it is on my next paycheck.. period..
