Thats called "Thinning the heard". If you can't keep up we don't need you. You jeopardize the rest of the herd . ( I am only talking about the lazy bastards who can work, but don't ,and want it for free). And that prob. adds up to more than 45,000. So what's your point ?        And on another note. Even the best healthcare can not save everyone. Or anyone for that matter. It just prolongs the en evadable.
