Dishnetwork aiming

  I used to work for Direct and still have my old bird dog.  A friend of mine who has dishnetwork and the Indian channels (which I think are on the 61.5) asked me if I could help him aim his dish rather than him having to pay the moving connect fee.  Does anyone know how to do this in Indianapolis?  Does it require two dishes?  Which birds would I have to hit?  Thank you very much for anyone who helps.
