show me where it says that. that if you can't afford they will give it to you. Then is it like with the people that can get medicare but they don't fill out the forms? They included those people in the "they can't afford health insurance" lot. And yep you said it......they will let the public pay for it. So all anyone has to do is say "I can't afford it"? This is still a bad idea in so many ways that is truly is scary. By the way, are you one of those who will be paying?
If I was still smokin bud those would be the ones. They look like what is here all the time.
