How did I ever miss this post?????  Well buddy I hope you went in another direction.  This is another of the worst.  Dish only stays with them because they are willing to handle the Philly market.  You can forget about bonus or even seeing your pay for your work.  Look to 6 weeks before your first check.  Then hold on for the amazing amount of chargebacks.  They even charged back for my parents who live in the house I own next door.  Of course my parents did not call for service but A. Star sais they did.  That was six charge backs in one week.  All the customers said they did not call or have any service when I called pretending to be a dish quality rep.  As of now this company will charge you back the full amount of the install.

Also be ready to spend the gas money.  They will not ever keep you close to home.  You will drive until your wheels fall off.  While passing the other techs going to your area.  It is a joke.

The owner got lucky with Dish and all installers have paid the price for years.  He has the best crack whores running the outfit.  You would be better off dealing Marina some crack for crack than working for them.
