Satellite Installers .....

What are the qualifications and/or certifications needed to become a satellite installer? I have seen a few ads here for satellite installers and was curious .... Do I have to go through NASA for training ? Because ... Satellites are in space ... and I will have to take the space shuttle to get to each job. Does anyone have any idea where I can get rocket fuel? Sounds like i may need it !!!
