I'm going to pose a hypothetical utopia for your socialists, then pose a question. I want you to really think about it before you post your answer.
Here we go:
Imagine a United States of America where all citizens are eligible and enrolled in every government program available to them. They all have health care like the government wants right now. They all use the same government run banks being charged the exact same rate as the next guy. They use thier Government paychecks to pay for thier car or truck which was bought from a government dealership. That's right ...Thier government paycheck, because EVERYONE works for Uncle Sam now. That way no one gets rich and no one is poor. The government is making sure that no one has too much money and the poor have enough to not be poor. Hell ...working for the government is nice :-) .... All your "help your brother" programs and entitlements are enacted and the perfect socialist world exists.
Ok ...got the picture? All is socially groovy? Here's the question:
If everyone is working for the government; Who's producing the products to be taxed to pay for all those socialist programs? Where's the money coming from to pay everyone?
Think about it now before you answer.
