Alex good Post. I couldnt agree more. Without Sales, there are no installs, but to keep those sales you need good installers. Ive met alot of good techs but worked for a shady prime, the MSO is in bed with them so much they have kids now and those kids have kids....at the x-mas party the little one says Grandpa Shady....so its a mess.
