like any other company,it depends on the division how things are ran. i worked for them in the construction division (not as an install tech ) the area manager chose to surround himself with quality minded people therefore he looked good, at the same time he took the pat on the back for running a tight ship, i always thought he was an arrogant prick that didnt know shit!! trying to push people to do the things he isnt qualified or knowledgeable enough to do himself. nuff said?? and by the way---my checks were always on time. didnt like getting laid off 2 days b4 x-mas by a billion dollar a year company though!
