I agree , contractors jump thru hoops to make the primes and MSOs happy and still they want more for free while cutting prices in half..... It seems nowdays managers for primes are more concerned that thier workers stroke thier egos more so than doing a good job. I am 37 and just a lil burnt out on the cable industry after 20 years... Im going back to school for a degree , its my only option at this point. Because I will not work for free , be it me not getting paid or just cheap prices.... And no way in hell im going to stroke some grown mans ego for any reason ever ...... They should get a girlfriend.... So I know itll never happen but if we all just stop doing work for these deadbeat companies and power hungry people it will put them in a bind... But it is hard , gotta have money....good day
