I love how people here can make smart ass comments and call me clueless or stupid, but when I reply in the same manner my posts get deleted.
I never back peddled at all. My point was for subs that pay most of the expense of getting the installs done in the field, yet get treated and paid like a minimum wage employee. Then we have those chiming in how they are a perfect business example in this industry, yet have nothing to do with using sub contractors but more than likely pay employees draw vs. commission, ie; piece meal which simply insulates the prime from loss if there is not enough profitable install work to actually cover the hours paid. How much you want to bet back charges are a part of his repertoire.
