Mastec hired me green, promptly sent me to SBCA training where I learned how to do the job correctly.
There's your positive.

They immediately told me to disregard the training whenever the conditions prevented a perfect install.
Micromanaging, harassment, theft... and those are the least harmful actions of their supervisory staff.

There are always exceptions to the rule,
