Where did you get this SHIT from, I know you probably have had trouble selling your sweat lately and have been spending to much time on the Internet. The first Executive Order you list is 10990, guess what that was signed on 2/2/62 by then President Kennedy to re-establish the Federal Safety Council. The FSC was a workplace safety program for Government employees. Nothing to do with taking over highways and seaports! Then you have one like 11049 which was utilized in the Hurricane Rita run up to allow all lanes of I 10 to run out of Houston instead of 2 in 2 out! BOY WHAT A CONSPIRACY THAT WAS!
We all see how inept FEMA is at taking care of anything and you want us to believe that the Government will use them to round up the Country. Than again you believe in Global Warming, think National Health Care is for our own good and probably believe the moon landing was fake too.
