I'm facing the same situation. They owe me 3 checks from work performed in October 09. Someone finally answered the phone on Thursday but it wasn't Kim or Robert Mitchell. The person said that they would give Kim a message to call me but no word as of today. I retained a lawyer already and Monday he will file constuction leins on all of the houses I installed Directv on and he is going to contact Directv and all of the customers to inform them of the leins and of Fiber One deceptive practices. Angry customer will be blowing up Fiber Ones phones next week....I will keep you posted.
