Well that isnt DTV it is the contractor your working for doing that to you. Although Dtv is very much aware of the screwing contractors are getting and should be held responsible. They do not enforce their own code of ethics on these contractors because they are getting rich off screwing the labor that puts them in and their direct contractors are too! The ones that pay the price for the BS is the working contractor and the customer. The latter two are so big I think even the media is scared to tell the true story. But there are things in the works
