RE: What happened to ethical companies

when you were a little kid did you ever want to work for the circus because thats what its like working for a small independent MSO. they treat you as if all of your time is for sale. they cram 12 hrs of crap into a 8 hr day and set you up for failure with ridiculous performance metrics that you'll never reach and use it as an excuse not to give you a decent annual increase or better yet tell you your job is at stake b/c of it. no support. worn out vehicles. no training. no room for advancement. loaded to the gills with responsibilities. they could slash the budget in half by putting all of their agreements and work orders on one form. they could offer better customer service and tech support by going with one support group instead of 1 for every product.
