Him refusing to take that test was the smartest thing he done all night. That is bullshit about the cops coming to his house. They have to prove he is intoxicated and someone saying he was driving recklessly is mute.
I know, I refuse a breathalyzer test and it saved me a DUI. I beat it with a public defender. I still lost my license for 6 months but at least I didnt have to pay fines, go to aa. I would have still lost my liscense for 6 months if I would have failed. The last time I checked thay could not charge you with a crime for not taking that test.
