It won't stand up in court, but look at all the money the laywers,bail bondsmen,court system, plus just the simple fact that he is on probation will get him violated just due to the arrest, It's not like he is on Parole where a parole board has to revoke it, his probation officer can do it at any time, just because his po didn't get laied that night.
I am not defending him at all, but welcome to the Police Country, before long there will not be a local,county or state Law Enforcement agency it will be the Department of US Law Enforcement, 750,000 strong with Guns,Badges and really big Egos
