He is a 'happy' Knight pawn. Scantland is a hell of a tech, I worked with him when I joined Knight in 2004. He let me bill a job he wired from tap to outlet, just for bringing a couple of digi's to the house. (he was short) He also has a new fiance, since the mother of his three children left after winning some boobs in a local radio station promo.
Knight will lose this case. As most cable installers as mis-classified as independent contractors. There is no independence there. Just BS
