I use the Thomas and Betts, combo prep tool and crimper. Just a tad bit expensive but you don't have two tools to do the job..Just one tool to carry in tool pouch...I have been trying to find a link to it..I hope they haven't discontinued it...I have had this one for about 9 years....found the link.... It's the IT1000
