Re: This is new about feds. WARNING!

It happend to me . It was a mistake. and this is what the gov. and bank told me.It took over a week to get money back ,and bank says they are going to keep fees,and I have to get O.K. in writing from gov. to get the fees back. The banker said that they were now gov. owned and this started in late 2009. I talked to the state and they told me "yes this is a new fed. policy". The info they asked for had nothing to do with banking fees. Just wanted to let you know.  Everyone I talked to from bank to feds.said the same thing "this is a new federal policy" I may see the fees returned in a week or so. Maybe    ?????  Someone was useing my SSN.
