Why give overtime to inhouse when they got dumbass subs that dont know they are getting ripped off to work 65 hrs for 1500.00 and pay for there own truck, truck insurance, gas, health insurance, workman's comp, general liability, 401k (if they are lucky), meters, tools, and etc.
So that is 23.07 an hour. That is not overtime that is calculated there. It is straight pay and you got to pay all of the above mentioned yourself. What a bargain.....
