show me an in-house tech that has the possibilty of working 6 days a week or to make $77,000 a year as an installer. i am glad i have the opportunity to work 6 days a week and make great money. as an employee there will be soo much control over hours worked i would never see a minute over 40 hours a week.
so lets say we go employee and they paid me $15 a hour (and that shooting high, will be lucky to see $13 a hour) and i worked 40 hours. my big fat pay check would be $600 before any taxes or health insurance deductions. thats 31,200 a year before any deductions. i am still young and have some good contracting years left in me. going in-house is my retirement plan.
