You are missing the point.
Charge backs are part of the business. Customers buy completed services from contractors. Defective work is charged back and not paid for until fixed.

What is being objected to is theft of services that is being referred to as charge backs. Pictures and user testimonials or other proof of completed operations are being ignored. The money is not being paid for fraudulent reasons. This too has been a pert of the business.

It is getting worse. Some bitch & moan here. Most just walk away.
