Well they have 2 retirement plans and you have to choose one within 30 days of employment or they automaticley enroll you in the cheaper one. I elected to maxout what I could. I have some IRA's and other investments from my days in the real world. After I am vested I can retire at 62 and draw 90% of the average of my last 78 pay periods. I can keep that 90% draw until age 67 and I start drawing SSI. Then my draw drops to 80% until I die and then my wife gets it until she dies. They will loose big time if I get a nice 20 t0 25 year old phillipino wife she could draw on it for 50 or 60 years. But I think my Japanese wife will end up planting me first.
