RE: What happened to ethical companies

Greed. Everyone should quit working for contracted companies, apply directly with MSO's, demand higher pay than is currently afforded to in house employees on the basis that the contracted middle man (the one getting rich at the laborers expense) can be eliminated, that expense alleviated. This would only be effective if an effort was collectively made within the industry between current in house employees and "independent" contractors. MSO's would be forced to comply with the demand, what else would they do? send share holders into the field? or maybe Steve or Robert Miron to do trouble calls? Wake up folks, it will only get worse from here if someone doesn't do something!
