In my opinion it's just a lack of desire, passion, and heart that keeps a lot of teams from reaching their potential. I have seen that all year with the Cowboys. All the talent in the world means nothing without these things. Good leaders bring out these things in people and to me that is what the Cowboys are lacking and have been lacking for a long time. I still think they are going to spoil the Saints perfect record this week. Hopefully it will be a good game and I won't have to go to work being embarrassed by the way they played LOL
