I will tell you this, if you work under another contract for another company, and leave or if they "shut down" the other company and take over that area...you better believe they charge you back for those jobs you did for that other company, but wont pay you for what the other company owes you. Now if you feel that is fair then go for it. As for me and my attorney, we believe it borders on the criminal and for that I am sueing for mine.
