Yep it is , the crap is banned in California, the instructions tell you to use neoprene gloves & goggles to handle it, and do not use near open flame and use in a well ventilated area, that crap is just as bad as the Liquid Tape we used for housing terminators, H/H, 90's & 180's
CableOne is probely getting the stuff from a telco liquidator paying 10 cents on the dollar for it
